Weekend Gatherings
So many people equate ‘church’ with words like ‘yawn’, ‘nap’, ‘wedding’, or ‘funeral’. But, Church has got to be something more than ceremonies, empty rituals, and obligatory attendance. At Northeast Church we believe that church should be transforming our lives — and beyond us, it should make a positive difference in the community and in the lives of others. We don’t pretend to be perfect. Rather NC is a community of people who are seeking God and trying to follow his ways. So, the gatherings at NC are designed to be authentic — to help you be inspired by meaningful, relevant music, clear, insightful teaching, and to help you make sense out of life. Because, let’s face it — we all need a little help to make life work. And we believe that the best way to make life work is to follow the one who made life in the first place.
So, from the music, teaching, caring teachers in the children’s classes, the fresh coffee (that always helps), and the rest of the people here, you’ll feel like you’re in a familiar, engaging, helpful place.
We currently have one gathering at 9:30am. Children’s classes are available for infants through 6th grade during the 9:30am gathering.
