When you first visit Northeast, a member of the Heartland Welcome Team will assist you in checking your children in and helping you find the appropriate classrooms. On your first visit, we also ask that you complete a Heartland Registration Card so that we have contact information for you and the correct birth date for your child.

The information on the Heartland Registration Card will be used to enter your family into our check-in system, so that on future visits you can use the self-serve check-in kiosks located throughout the Heartland lobby. Specific instructions for using the kiosks are posted on the wall next to each computer. If you have difficulty, a Heartland Welcome Team member is always happy to assist.

When you pick your child up after the worship gathering, please sign the roster located in the classroom. This is our way of making sure all children are safely with their parents at the end of each class time. If the classroom teacher does not recognize you, she will ask to see your computer-generated parent badge, or the clip-tag you received, in order to match the number with your child’s number. Your child’s safety and security is very important to us!
